Felony Friday 043 – Pete Hendrickson Explains How to Crack the Income Tax Code – Part 2

Posted on October 28, 2016 by John Odermatt Posted in Podcast, Taxation 1 Comment

Introduction:

Today on Felony Friday I am joined by Pete Hendrickson for part two of our interview on the income tax. For those who missed part one of my interview with Pete, I strongly suggest going back and listening to it first. Pete advocates for a controversial method that teaches people how to reclaim income tax withholding from federal and state governments. He is the author of the book Cracking the Code and on his website Lost Horizons he publishes success stories submitted by citizens who have utilized his teachings to reclaim income tax withholding.

What we talked about:

  • We get into the details of how Pete interprets the income tax law. We talk discuss what is taxable and not taxable income.
  • Pete explains how the true spirit of the income tax law is meant to constrain the federal government, but the current interpretation contributes to the tremendous growth the government has experienced over the last 60 or 70 years.
  • We talk about Pete becoming a target of the federal government. Pete explains how his wife Doreen has essentially become a political prisoner of the US government.

References:

  • Links to thousands of examples of instances where citizens have reclaimed property taken under the misadministration of the tax
  • Collection of episodes in which the IRS or a state attempted to balk at returning money reclaimed on the basis of lessons learned through Pete’s book Cracking the Code.
  • Presentation of the government’s criminal effort to evade and suppress the revelations in Cracking the Code
  • Specialized version focused on Doreen’s ordeal
  • Evidence debunkings some of the many status-quo-beneficiary-sponsored attacks meant to frighten people away from Cracking the Code
  • Who benefits from the income tax mythology
