Defense Secretary Leon Panetta Says Military Action Only Requires "International" Permission

I am almost speechless after hearing the disgusting trash spilling from the mouth of Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, who stated at a Congressional hearing of the Armed Services Committee that, "International permission trumps Congressional permission," for military action. In this specific case, regarding the U.S. using force in Syria, where we will soon be engaged in yet another unconstitutional war.This is the pathetic, self-important attitude of the Obama administration - that they are a power unto themselves that can strike wherever they want without going through Congress, as is mandated by the Constitution.
