Hope & Chains: Obama Admin Gets NDAA Back on Track
Uncovered by the mainstream media during this election cycle is the ongoing fight over the NDAA, which (among other things) includes within it language that allows for the indefinite detention of American citizens without trial. While fawning acolytes in the Church of Obama fawn over his meaningless blather about setting goals for the U.S., one of his main goals of enabling the government to label domestic citizens as terrorists that can be taken in the middle of the night without warning or trial, is back on track. An appeals court judge named Judge Raymond Lohier of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has buckled under pressure from the Obama Administration and struck down the ruling of Judge Katherine Forrest, who correctly assessed that the NDAA was a danger to free speech, liberty and the right to trial. There is no reasoning given in the document as to why Judge Forrest's ruling was stayed. As of right now, the NDAA is back on track, however Americans can still be saved by a panel of 3 judges who are now set to review the NDAA - a "motion panel" that will take place on Sept. 28th. Rest assured, readers, we will be revisiting this on that day.Receive access to ALL of our EXCLUSIVE bonus audio content – including “Conspiracy Corner”, “Degenerate Gamblers” and the “League of Liberty Podcast” by joining the Lions of Liberty Pride and supporting us on Patreon!
