Obama-Appointed Judges Keep NDAA Afloat

It is yet another sad day for Liberty in the "land of the free". A Judiciary panel in the Appeals Court comprised of three Obama-appointed judges has extended the stay on Judge Katherine Forrest's original order blocking the disputed provision of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011.
