Felony Friday: Police Kill Unarmed Man In The Bronx, Judge Tosses Indictment

The old devils are at it again.  In a February 2012 tragic case of savagery, an unarmed 18-year-old young man from the Bronx was slain by police after they forced entry into his residence.  Fast forward to May 2013 and Bronx News 12 reports on a Judge tossing the indictment in the case against officer Richard Haste.

Richard Haste was facing manslaughter charges in the death of 18-year-old Ramarley Graham, but a judge ruled that the Bronx County District Attorney's Office gave instructions to the grand jury that were misleading and compromised their integrity. The judge said that the district attorney told jurors to disregard talks between Haste and other officers that suggested Graham was carrying a gun. The judge called the omission an error, but told prosecutors they can re-present the case.

Hopefully this case is re-presented and the previously indicted police officer pays for his crimes.  But in today's blatantly corrupt judicial system, nothing would be a surprise. The video below shows officers chasing Ramarley Graham's to his home, then forcibly entering the house without a warrant.  Eye witnesses in the house claim that the officers were not even yelling "police!".  Police officers eventually gained entry into the house through the back door.  The officers proceeded to Ramarley Graham's room and officer Haste unloaded two shots killing the unarmed Graham. After viewing the professional quality of the video that documents this terrifying incident, it is very difficult to comprehend how a Judge could toss the indictment on officer Richard Haste.Receive access to ALL of our EXCLUSIVE bonus audio content – including “Conspiracy Corner”, “Degenerate Gamblers” and the “League of Liberty Podcast” by joining the Lions of Liberty Pride and supporting us on Patreon!
