U.S. Congressman Justin Amash on Being the "Loneliest Republican in Congress"

In today's flagship Lions of Liberty podcast, Marc had the honor to interview U.S. Congressman Justin Amash, who has been representing Michigan's 3rd district since 2011. After being elected as a Republican spouting libertarian beliefs and helping to found both the House Liberty Caucus and House Freedom Caucus, Amash now finds himself often at odds with those in his own Party when it come to many issues such as foreign policy and immigration, prompting CNN to label him the "loneliest Republican in Congress." Amash expands on where he breaks with the Republican Party, why he thought it was important to stand up against President Trump's National Emergency declaration for border wall funding, and answers the question of whether he's given more thought to switching parties and joining the Libertarian Party for a potential 2020 Presidential campaign.
