Lions of Liberty Podcast Ep. 46: Pablo Serrato - Restore the Fourth!
In this episode of the Lions of Liberty Podcast, I flip the script and come firing out of the gate with a rant in response to some common criticisms I often hear regarding all the time I devote to advancing the ideas of liberty. I then welcome in a fellow promoter of liberty, Pablo Serrato of the Los Angeles chapter of Restore the Fourth, a group dedicated to combating mass surveillance by the U.S. government. Pablo describes how he came into the liberty movement and became particularly interested in the issue of mass surveillance after the Snowden revelations. Pablo and I discuss the implications of governments openly spying on their citizens, and how it can chill political speech. Pablo explains how people can get involved and help to fight mass surveillance, and restore the Fourth Amendment.Check out Restore the Fourth LA, the Restore the Fourth national website, the Stop LAPD Spying Coalition, and Liberty on the Rocks- Los Angeles! As Pablo mentioned in this episode, check out our "Libertarians in Living Rooms Drinking Liquor" episode!Remember, you can subscribe to the show via iTunes or the Stitcher Radio App, and you can catch repeat airings on Daily Paul Radio at 6pm EST every Saturday and Sunday, and throughout the week at LRN.FM, the Liberty Radio Network! And be sure to tune back in next Thursday, when my guest will be:
